Spiced Christmas Cookies

INGRIDIENTS
(for 4 people)

PROCESS
  • 100g of chopped hazelnuts
  • 100g of chopped almonds
  • 100g of chopped edible chocolate
  • 50g of raisins
  • 250g white flour
  • 4 tablespoons of orange juice
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • lemon peel
  • orange peel
  • 150g of margarine
  • 100g of powdered sugar
  • bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • nutmeg
  • half a teaspoon of cardamom
  • 3 spoons of Mangonas sauce

#1 Soak the raisins in orange juice and let them soak a little.

#2 Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, chopped chocolate, hazelnuts, almonds, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon and orange peel.

#3 Mix margarine with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until foamy. Add eggs, mango sauce and soaked raisins. At the end, mix in the mixture of dry ingredients.

 

#4 Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
